This ghee butter is made from cream from cows that are raised organically on grass and live the way they are meant to live. Ghee is a form of clarified butter where milk solids and water have been removed by heating and skimming.
These may be small particles that do not dissolve completely in the liquid.
The process of making ghee involves melting butter and slowly cooking it, causing water to evaporate and milk solids to separate, resulting in a clear, golden fat with a nutty flavor.
By making ghee, you remove essentially all the milk proteins and lactose, which means that those who are sensitive to butter can normally eat this. It still contains traces of milk protein, so allergy sufferers should not eat this.
Ghee has a higher smoke point than regular butter (up to 250°C), making it ideal for frying without producing harmful substances that can form at high temperatures. Excellent for all types of cooking.
It can also be used as an alternative to butter or oil in many international recipes. Withstands high temperatures.
