Return Policy

FITMATTERS offers a 14-day right of withdrawal on all purchases in accordance with Swedish consumer law. The consumer may cancel their order by notifying FITMATTERS and returning the product. The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened items. In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, FITMATTERS will refund the price of the product. Any additional delivery options selected by the consumer (such as express shipping) are non-refundable. Shipping fees may be refunded under special circumstances at the discretion of FITMATTERS, but this is not guaranteed.
