An organic bone broth made from bones from free-range chickens. The bones are boiled for a long time together with apple cider vinegar to bring out the nutrients. Works for those on keto, paleo, and AIP diets. This chicken broth tastes incredibly good and gives sauces, stews and soups a very good and rich flavor. You can drink this broth as it is. Use as a dietary supplement to get important collagen and minerals.

You can use it as a base in cooking or as a dish in itself. A very nice way to start the day is to drink a cup of hot broth. It can also be a good way to unwind before bedtime. The broth is not concentrated but completely fresh and therefore does not need to be diluted.

Take the amount you want and drink or use in cooking. For use in cooking, it should also be seasoned as this broth does not contain any flavorings.

The broth is heat-packed in a completely oxygen-free package, which means it lasts much longer than other broths.

The product does not need to be refrigerated. The broth is very rich in collagen but will become liquid at room temperature. If you put it in the refrigerator, it will become jelly-like in consistency.

Why does the consistency of the broth sometimes differ? 

STHL Nordic cooks its bone broth on organic marrow bones, and when slaughtering/cutting, it is natural that each bone used contains different amounts of "meaty details", such as meat, tendons, marrow, etc. This in turn means that there are small deviations from batch to batch, and that some jars may be perceived as more or less "jelly".

Cooking bone broth is a craft, and each batch will have its own unique flavor and texture.
