Närokällan Magnesium Spray contains a form of magnesium (Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate) that has superior absorption capacity and contains active oxygen for your cells. The magnesium spray is sprayed on the skin and is absorbed transdermally (through the skin). This means that the magnesium does not have to go through the digestive process to be absorbed.

The spray has a consistency like regular water and therefore does not sit on the skin like oil but is absorbed directly. 1 spray provides 22 mg of magnesium hexahydrate, which is absorbed to almost 100%. A 250 ml bottle contains approximately 1200 sprays.

Usage:

• Spray directly onto the body or spray into hands first and apply to skin. 
• Spray directly onto cramping and stiff muscles or joints as needed.
