Collagen
Collagen is a fiber-like protein found in skin, tendons, bones, cartilage, muscles and connective tissue. 30 percent of the total protein weight consists of collagen. The skin consists of 75 percent collagen, when you are 25 years old it decreases by about one percent per year.
Collagen has a function as a support structure and is necessary for the elasticity of muscles and skin. Collagen is also moisture-binding and thus filling.
Collagen production decreases with age, and with it the firmness and elasticity of skin, connective tissue, joints and muscles. By the time we are 60, we may have lost up to 30 percent of our collagen. The process begins as early as the age of 30. This can manifest itself in joint problems, as articular cartilage is largely (67%) made up of collagen.
Collagen is not easily absorbed through the skin due to its large molecules. Our collagen is hydrolyzed, i.e. split, in peptide form, which provides rapid absorption.

Vitamin C

Turmeric
To increase the effect, turmeric/curcumin has been added.
Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is mainly used for the skin and to create a moisturizing effect.
Instructions: Dissolve 3/4 tablespoon (7 grams of powder) in a glass of water and stir. Drink just before bedtime or before breakfast on an empty stomach.
