Maurten Drink Mix 160 is perfect for those who want to replenish their fluid reserves and boost their energy at the same time! Drink Mix 160 contains 40 grams of carbohydrates per serving. Mix with 500 ml of water for a ready-made sports drink that is perfect before, during and/or after training.
The drink mix is designed using hydrogel technology, which enables smooth absorption in the stomach and intestines. When you mix Drink Mix 60 with water, you get a ready-made sports drink with high levels of the carbohydrates maltodextrin and fructose, which in turn are converted into hydrogel in the stomach acid.
When mixing the drink, it is important to get the proportions of water and powder correct for the hydrogel technology to work optimally. Drink mix 160 is intended to be mixed with water with a maximum calcium content of 40 milligrams per liter of water.

Dosage and preparation: Mix the contents of one sachet with 500 ml of water and shake thoroughly until dissolved. For the hydrogel technology to work, it is important to have the correct proportions between water and powder. Drink Mix 160 is taken a few minutes before training. Can also be drunk during and/or after training.

Important: The drink is intended to be mixed with water with a maximum calcium content of 40 milligrams per liter of water for optimal dissolution. If the water in your area contains levels higher than 40 milligrams of calcium per liter of water, the drink will likely not dissolve optimally.
