Casein has a slow absorption rate in the body and a thicker consistency than whey protein, making it well-suited as a night-time protein. In addition, casein provides good satiety and helps those on a diet. Perfect for those who seek a creamy protein and refuse to compromise on taste.
Tyngre Casein contains lactase enzyme which breaks down lactose when it comes into contact with liquid. This means that our casein can be a good alternative for those who are lactose intolerant/sensitive to lactose. Let it sit for a few minutes for maximum effect.
